Happy Halloweenies!
Saturday night, despite still being sick and having a very sexy sounding cough, I was determined to go to at least one party. I threw on my ‘unfortunate target for a knife thrower’ costume from a couple years ago since I’ve been wrapped up in shows and unable to even think about another costume. Despite popular belief, Pants was not a drunken fisherman, but Scout from Team Fortress 2.
We spent a few hours huddled around a bonfire waiting for a spark to ignite one of the girls in skimpy polyester costumes. The host was a brewmaster so I downed a cup of pumpkin ale while Pants went for ‘cop puncher’…beer + whiskey. By 1 a.m. I was about frozen solid and in need of another dose of cough medicine, so we spun through the Taco Bell drive-thru (they were entertained by Pant’s beer helmet) and then passed out watching Halloween.
What were you for Halloween? I need to come up with a new costume for next year…and yes, I’m starting now :)

I was a gothic rag doll. Simple idea, and you can go as elaborate or as simple as you like!
