Aerial: Session 8, Week 4

With the big doors open and the weather reaching toward the 80s, class this week was extra hot and sweaty, which does not make it easy to grip the lyra! I feel like I’ve kind of lost momentum this session because we’re repeating the same syllabus we did last time. It hasn’t been much of a challenge, which is what I crave every time I walk into class. I love learning new things and testing my limits and this has been a lot of working through combinations and perfecting tricks. I’m really looking forward to next session and a new syllabus when I really be able to push myself and hopefully get back on the silks. Plus I think I’m going to take class on Wednesdays because having the energy and stamina at 10am on a Sunday is proving to be a bit difficult!
