So so happy
Happiness makes me very unfocused…
I got a Facebook message from my aerial instructor this morning saying I’m doing great and can take intermediate classes next session. SO EXCITED! I was having a little lull in my weekday workouts, so this is just what I needed to get back on track. I did pull-ups this morning and I will stretch and sit in boat pose forever when I get home. I’m going to touch my foot to my head if it kills me!
Future me – not straining and wincing in pain
Also making me super happy…eating a ton of fruit and imaging my skin turning glowy and radiant; meeting new people; the weather being hot and humid and making me excited for family vacation to South Carolina; two tiny peppers sprouting; rocking my new studded Matt&Nat bag; rain so my grass will stop being crunchy; being all caught up on Friday Night Lights so I can watch new episodes; garlic breath from delicious pasta creations; having friends I can talk with for hours about a million random things; making plans for dinner dates with my girlfrenz; 1/2 of double trouble getting her ass home; listening to Saves the Day all day and wishing Gravy was there for sing-a-longs; exercising self control; new dress being delivered today; wearing my hair messy and curly; reading Eat, Pray, Love again; getting to see my favorite bloggers tomorrow!

All of that sounds completely amazing! And congrats on getting to join the intermediate courses!
OH! Also, I’m in Ohio and I googled aerial yoga places closets to me…and go figure, it listed the place you go to! Sadly 5ish hours isn’t close enough =p
I fell out of the blogsphere for awhile (posting and reading, and still maybe posting) and I swung by your blog and I can’t tell you how inspiring you are! I still haven’t finished Eat, Pray, Love but I’m almost done, I’ve been taking my time because its so good and I don’t want the book to end!

i’m so excited for you! that is awesome about getting to go to intermediate class. i miss it so much i just don’t have the time to commit right now. promise we’ll do a private lesson sometime!
