This week we learned a new trick that I found to be quite strenuous to get into. You have to stand on the trapeze with your legs wrapped around the ropes and then flip the trapeze around so it creates an X on your back.
Matt looks like he’s waiting for me to fall on my head, but I assure you, I’m quite secure in this pose.
My abs are still super sore today, partially from balancing on the trapeze on my stomach and partially from doing a million crunches before class. Abs of steel people!
