		<description><![CDATA[OH MAN! Sorry about your ankles.  Maybe try a slower pace. You should be able to talk to someone while you&#039;re running and breath normally, and that is the best beginners pace... Also, try bending your knees a bit, so you&#039;re putting less stress on your heels and more on the middle and ball part of your foot, and this should relieve a bit of impact on your lower back, knees and ankles.
It took me awhile to figure it out, too! I hope you get better soon!]]></description>
