Sequin tigers and double knucks

Yesterday afternoon my cousin and I went shopping – I can’t remember the last time I went to the mall. Now I know why I do most of my shopping online – at the mall I feel the need to stop in every store and buy something. Gives me anxiety. I ended up with two pairs of jeans at F21, which is a miracle because I have such an issue finding the right fit, two matching knuckle rings, tights for circus class, sunglasses and the crazy sequin tiger tank pictured above.

My cousin was going to a glamrock themed party last night so I made her try on a purple, shiny, snakeskin, one shoulder dress. Pretty sure my Barbie was rockin that outfit once upon a time. It was totally out of her comfort zone since she’s mostly a jeans and tshirt girl, but she bought it anyway. I sent her home with my long hair, white and black spotted fake fur coat as well.

Back at home I studded a pair of jeans while watching Real Housewives reruns and contemplated taking apart my studded belt so I could add more. I haven’t worn that thing since high school, but I try and keep a few things around for future generations. My mom had some cool clothes I wish she’d held on to.

Triple Threat picked me up at 8 and we headed downtown for The Swellers H2O show. I have quite the talent for taking bathroom photos. A drunk girl offered to snap a couple for us but they turned out nice and blurry.

The night started with jager bombs and ended with drunken texts as I was trying to fall asleep. Somewhere in the middle there was shit talkin’, huge hugs, sing-a-longs, trying to plant surprises, cutefaces, losing 1/3 of TT, silver knife pendants, losing cars, loads of drama (none involving me luckily), awkward ass grabs, more hugs, hail, hitchin’ rides,and losing phones. (1/3 of TT, the car and phone were all eventually located)

I expected it to cold and rainy today, but the sun is out so I’m going to try and get some chores done and then head to my parents house for a while. Or maybe I’ll just stay in bed and read. Or! I could take advantage of the weather and ride bikes with Gravy…decisions decisions.
