Aerial Yoga Week 3 – The High Trapeze
Aerial yoga was even more awesome than usual this week. I got on the high trapeze and it was so scary! But I did it! I not only got up there, but I had to stand up and end up in a position not standing on the bar or holding on to anything. My heart was beating really fast, but I knew I was secure so I took a couple deep breaths and let go. Holy shit was it amazing!
Ria and I were in different groups this week, but I snapped a picture of her doing the dirty dreadlock.
My arms are getting a lot stronger – I was able to do a Russian descent (where you kick your legs out in a V as you lower yourself down the fabric) and get on the trapeze a bit faster.01.31.10 in aerial yoga
