OMG now stands for Oh My Gaga…the show was AMAZING!
I raced home after work to feed Slayer and douse myself in sequins, hairspray and eye liner. My cousin Maria showed up and then we picked up Jenn and my coworker Lyle and headed downtown.

During the opening acts we walked around the concourse checking out everyone’s outfits. I was hoping to see some drag queens in leotards, but they must have all been at last night’s show.
Virgin Mobile had a mini-photoshoot set up and Lyle and I decided we needed to have our pictures taken. A few years ago I would have probably been an onlooker, wanting to be part of the fun, but not having the balls to pose in front of a bunch of strangers. So I was proud of myself for just doing it.
I think it turned out pretty good!
Back in the suite we watched the crowd below turn into a dance party. I kept thinking it looked like a dance recital because of all the sequins and spandex.
Michael Jackson blasted from the speakers and everyone in the arena watched two people in the stands have a spur-of-the-moment dance off. Then a guy, who appeared to be working, showed off his MJ moves and had the whole crowd cheering for him.
And now for the most important part of the evening…GAGA! She was so good! Lights and glitter and fur and a Cleopatra headdress and sexy men dancing. She played everything I wanted to hear and she sounded fantastic! I decided that “Boys, Boys, Boys” is my new theme song!

Most of the people in the suites were just chilling, watching the show, but Lyle and I danced our asses off. My voice is a little hoarse this morning from singing at the show and during our little punk rock sing-a-long on the way home.

What the heck, woman — you look amazing! That dress is too cool and you just look gorgeous! I’m so glad you decided to not care what others think & pose for the mini photoshoot! Fun fun! The show sounds like such a blast! How neat that you got tickets, you lucky ducky! And hurray for dancing!
