I’m in a great mood today! Yes! Finally!
I hung out with Jessica last night and watched Jersey Shore. Holy crap is that show a trainwreck! We will now be using the word OVAATIIIMEEE! all the time and referring to each other as S-Scream and J-Scream…OK maybe not.

I signed up to volunteer at an animal shelter with Ria and for aerial yoga classes with Ria and Mandy. I’m really excited for the yoga classes, but I’m nervous because I’m not too flexible or athletic. At the very least it will be entertaining!
AAAAND! We’re working on putting together a meetup for Michigan bloggers. I created a thread on 20SB, so leave a comment there about where you think we should go and then we’ll figure out all the details and have a big mitten meetup in January.
Other things making me happy:
The amazing chocolate cupcakes that Oprah sent to the station. I’m sure she went and picked them herself, right? I made a huge mess trying to eat it.
The super cute snuggly chihuahua on the noon show that I REALLY wanted to take home. His adoption fee was $400 though, which is too much for me to spend right now. Plus after his cute face was plastered all over TV I’m sure he’s already found a home.
Plans to go shopping with my mom, aunts, grandma, cousin and her 5-month-old daughter tomorrow. I don’t need to buy anything so I’ll just hold the adorable baby all day.
J-Scream date for the Wings game on Monday. It will be my first one and they’re giving away ornaments. My little tree is so sad looking, it really needs one. (I’ll post pictures of my tree after I buy tons of discounted ornaments post-Christmas and it looks a little less sad)
So yes, I’m doing pretty damn good. Thank you again for all the comments, they keep coming in and are really helping me stay positive! I’ve been emailing and texting all day with lots of fantastic ladies and I’m just going to keep moving forward and make plans for lots of adventures. What else can I do, right? When my brother got laid off he said he wasn’t looking for a job and it was going to be the “Summer of John,” so 2010 will be the Year of Sarah. Get stoked!

OMG can I join you ladies in the aerial yoga classes? I’ve been wanting to take these forever now but was too scared to sign up alone. Let me know if you for sure signed up and I’ll do so too :)
ps- I’m not that flexible either so it would be all in the laughs for me as well.

today was such a good day! i’m super excited for the shelter and for aerial yoga! your necklace is gorgeous! i’m going to the wings game on thursday, i wonder if they will give anything away then! :)
