I have been a very bad blogger lately, but you can’t blame me! Blame it on the sickness and…see that guy on the left…yep, all his fault :)
We spent yesterday at a friend’s going away party, playing “redneck horseshoes,” eating free pizza and sweating because it was strangely hot out.
We walked a couple blocks to play at a park and swing on the swings. We even had a little Dirty Dancing moment on the balance beam.
See that smile? It’s been on my face all week. Can’t make it go away.
I’m going to offer my sincere apologies in advance because I think this blog is gonna get really barfy, really soon.
Also – I’ve totally neglected to pick a winner for the Angry Grrls giveaway. So…congrats Mermanda you’ll be receiving your very own Angry Grrl print! Woo!

angela – redneck horseshoes is where you have two drawers and in each drawer you put an empty paint can. then you stand on opposite ends of the yard next to your drawer+can and attempt to throw washers in the opposite drawer for 1 point, in the can for 3 points, or on the edge of the drawer for 5 points. it’s actually kind of fun and pretty challenging. and i really sucked at it hahah
