I went a little crazy with the stars, rhinestones and glitter last night.
Barbie would be proud.
Lately lots of bloggers have been posting about Jillian Michaels’ workouts. Last night I decided to see what all the fuss was about and found one of her videos On Demand. Now I understand why everyone keeps calling her a whore. Holy moly am I in pain today! That woman wouldn’t let me stop moving, not even for a minute! I wanted to punch her the whole time. And now…I really want to do the workout again!

Those workout chicks are intense!! Isn’t it funny how intimidating they can be even though we could simply turn them off?

I want to do the 30 day burn or whatever the hell it’s called.
I haven’t had too much luck finding it though.

Hmmmm, I don’t know if you have On Demand, but there were a bunch of workouts in there. I did one of the 30 minute Shred ones.
