+ On a date with a new guy: We went to see Ghostbusters at the Midnight Movie and were apparently the only ones who knew ‘who ya gonna call?’

+ On the living room couch with Slayer: I laid down to read and he snuggled next to me, but the heat and the warm breeze put me right to sleep. I also managed to eat five grilled cheese with pizza sauce in 24 hours.

+ Out and about with Jessica: Went to The Summer Pledge show and then had a couple drinks at Gusoline. I even got to see Betsy’s cute face for a while too.

+ Workin’ in the yard: My dad fixed the lawn mower and I cut my grass for the first time ever. The lawn only looks slightly hacked-up and I got a wicked blister from all my hard work. My main motivation for cutting my own lawn is my aunt’s recommendation that I hire someone because it’s hard work and my grandfather’s insistence that my brother help me out. Tell my I can’t do something and I will fight to the death to prove you wrong.

+ Watching Harry Potter and eating pizza: Took Slayer to the rent’s house for dinner and ice cream. There was a marathon on TV and we made it through three Harry Potter movies.

+ Now I’m going through every website I can think of to try and find patio furniture. As long as my cousin doesn’t have her baby this week, the deck should be done by the weekend!
