I’m so unfocused and distracted today by the following things:

- 20SB Vlogs! So fun – they move and talk! I’m completely entertained by this and keep checking my reader to watch more.

- My mom brought up getting a dog last night. I was going to Vlog about this, but I’m a terrible story teller, so I’ll just write it.

Out of the blue she asks what kind of dog I want and then looks at me all smiley and weird. So I ask if she’s planning on getting me a dog for my birthday, which is in a couple weeks. She says “No, but that’s a good idea.” I have been BEGGING for a dog since I could talk. When I was a kid, I was told we would get one when we moved to a house with a bigger yard, which we did when I was 11. There is a huge field behind my house – we could have gotten a whole pack of dogs!

So the deal has been, when I buy my house my mom will buy me a dog. Now she’s all “When do you think you’ll be moving?” and “Walking a dog would be good exercise for me” and “we could get a baby gate to keep it away from the cat (who would most likely try to eat it)”

Now I can’t stop looking at cute puppy pictures online.

- Also distracting me from work is my plan to hook up a coworker with my friend, Linz. They are both cute and blonde and Republican…a perfect match! I’m actually good at this. I hooked my sister up with her boyfriend last year and now they are living together.
