I went on a bit of a shopping spree last night. I spent enough that the credit card fraud department called to verify my charges. I blame it on ‘The Women’ – yes that cheesy Meg Ryan movie.
Linz, Liz and I went out to dinner last night and then to the movies. Our server was cute and only charged us for half our food, so we gorged ourselves on dessert. He got a very nice tip out of that and told us to come back for the same deal next time.
I was unsure of the movie, wasn’t in the mood for some romantic comedy, but it turned out to be great! The rumors are true, there are no men in the movie at all. It’s all about best friends and girl power. I think I’m going to go see it again with my mom.
Once Meg turns her life around she has a fantastic wardrobe. So, since I’d just received my deposit back from the house, I decided I deserved a present and a little shopping spree was in order. Here’s a couple items I got:
