My parents had a sunroom from hell. You should probably count it a blessing in disguise if the universe doesn’t come through for you on that one. Think black mold, ceiling leaks in about a dozen places, 140 degree heat in the summer, so cold you could use it as a freezer in the winter… long story short… they finally ripped it off the house and built a covered deck in its place last summer. They have already spent more time out there than they had during the 15 years with a sunroom.
